SHAWN JOHNSON'S DIET
Breakfast: 6 egg whites, cottage cheese, smoked salmon, coffee with almond milk.
Lunch: Green salad and protein.
Snack: Hummus, crackers or veggies, bitchin’ Sauce, hu Chocolate
Dinner: Salmon, steamed broccoli, baked sweet potatoes and wine.
Desert: Wine with Hu chocolate or chocolate covered almonds.

ReplyDeleteIt's me Finau. Amazing writing about Shawn Johnson's diet. I chose the same athlete to write about (the athlete's diet). This made me think if I should post mine to because I think I finished it (I probably should go and check it out). Maybe you could've added a task description just so others can know what you are doing and talking about. Keep up the awesome work!
